I'm based in West London and typically cover areas from Heathrow. Core boroughs covered include: Harrow, Ealing, Wembley, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Slough, Windsor, Reading plus surrounding areas. If you're a little further out, feel free to message me — I can often travel for larger jobs or if I'm already nearby.

For most jobs I aim to offer appointments within 1 week depending on availability. For urgent issues (e.g., leaks, no lighting, doors that won't secure), I'll do my best to prioritise an emergency slot within 24 hours where possible.

I handle a wide range of home and commercial maintenance, including: • Plumbing and bathroom fixes (taps, toilet flush issues, minor leaks) • Electrical and lighting (basic fitting replacements, fans, troubleshooting) • Mounting and installations (TVs, shelves, blinds, curtain poles) • Doors and hardware (handles, locks, alignment issues) If you're unsure, send a photo and a short description — I'll confirm if it's something I can take on.

To keep things safe and compliant, I don't take on: • Gas work (boilers, hobs, gas pipework) • Major electrical works (consumer units, full rewires) • Structural alterations or major building work • Large plumbing reroutes or high-pressure drainage jobs If your job needs a specialist, I'll tell you upfront and can often suggest the right trade.

In many cases, yes. For a quick estimate, please send: • A couple of clear photos (and a wider shot showing the surrounding area) • Any measurements that matter (e.g., TV size, wall width, shelf length) • Links/model numbers for parts you've bought (if any) • Your postcode and preferred times
